There was a known issue in version 13.3.0 that could result in progress being lost after watching ads and other issues pertaining to breeding, friend visits, chests and more. The new update fixes these.
There are still some known errors when watching ads; the team is already working to resolve these.
We hope to have a compensation for the issues in the past week at some point this week once we are certain all issues have been resolved. In the meantime, we ask you to refrain from sending in additional support tickets about these issues.
